Pudding Tortoni
Pudding Tortoni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. vanilla or coconut pudding (not instant), 1 1/4 c. milk, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract and 1 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine pudding mix, milk and sugar in saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat, cover with waxed paper and chill.
Then beat pudding; add extract. Whip cream and fold into pudding.
Pour into paper cups or muffin tins.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut and top with maraschino cherries.
Freeze until firm and eat directly from freezer. Serves 12.
