Pudding Surprise
Pudding Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 2 small or 1 large instant vanilla pudding, 3 c. buttermilk, 1 (15 1/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits, 1 (16 oz.) light fruit cocktail and 1 (8 oz.) light cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple tidbits and light fruit cocktail and set aside.
Mix pudding with the buttermilk until thick.
Blend in Cool Whip.
Stir in the tidbits and fruit cocktail.
