Pudding Pie
Pudding Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix, 3 c. milk, divided, 1 (16 oz.) frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed and 1 (8-inch) prepared graham cracker crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare pudding according to package directions, using 1 1/2 cups milk for each package.
Fold in 1/2 cup of whipped topping into each prepared pudding.
Spread vanilla pudding on bottom of pie crust.
Top with chocolate pudding.
Sprinkle with chocolate pieces.
Chill 1 hour or until pudding is firm.
Just before serving, garnish edge of pie with some of the whipped topping.
