Mix oleo, nuts and flour together.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread on cooked, cooled crust.
Mix 2 packages of pudding and 4 cups cold milk.
Spread this layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Freeze until served.
