Pudding Cake
Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In mixer blend flour, stick butter and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
In mixer beat together 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 large Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
Mix together 1 package chocolate pudding, 1 package butterscotch pudding and 2 1/2 cups milk.
Spread over last layer.
Top with rest of Cool Whip and some nuts.
