Pudding Cake
Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 stick soft or melted margarine, 1 c. pecans, 1 pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour and margarine together. Press in bottom of pan.
Add pecans and press into the dough. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or so, then let cool. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on top of dough crust. Mix chocolate instant pudding and spread over cream cheese mixture. Mix French vanilla instant pudding and spread over chocolate. Cover top with Cool Whip and garnish with whatever.
