Prune Puff is an easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. cooked prunes, seeded, chopped and drained (measure prunes after chopping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Separate eggs; beat egg whites very stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Continue beating; add prunes.
Beat until light.
