Prune Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. cooking oil, 3 whole eggs, 1 c. buttermilk and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat sugar, cooking oil, eggs and buttermilk together.
Then add flour, salt, baking soda, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, prunes and nuts.
Bake in loaf pan at 325Β° for about 40 minutes. As you take out of oven, pour glaze mixture over cake. (Pierce top of cake first, gently).
