Prune Cake
Prune Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. oil, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and mix. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 60 minutes in an angel food cake pan.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and place in a deep serving dish.
Spoon on topping.
