Prune Cake
Prune Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. wesson oil, 1 tsp. soda and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream together sugar, eggs and Wesson oil.
Add soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt to flour.
Cut prunes in small pieces.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour mixture to coat prunes and nuts.
Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk to the creamed mixture.
After well mixed, fold in prunes and nuts.
Pour into loaf pan approximately 8 x 5 x 3-inch.
Bake at 325Β° for about 1 hour.
