Prune Cake
Prune Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour and 1 c. cooked and pitted prunes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
Add flour that has been sifted with salt, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg along with the buttermilk with soda.
When mixed well, I add prunes and nuts last.
Spray a tube pan with Pam and bake for 1 hour at 300Β°.
Gets better after several days.
Can be frozen.
