Beat the first 4 ingredients well and set aside.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
Gradually add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Add prunes, vanilla and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
Glaze while hot.
