Protein Cheesecake
Protein Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. vanilla, 12 packets sweetener and 12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Blend eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener in blender until smooth.
Gradually add cottage cheese and pure cinnamon.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into Pam sprayed pie plate.
Bake approximately 45 minutes.
Let cool 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Then refrigerate.
One slice equals 1 protein.
