Prospector Cookies
Prospector Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend together shortening, sugar and egg.
Stir in baking soda, cocoa, vanilla, flour and milk.
Stir in peanut butter chips.
Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cookies cool before removing from sheet.
