Pronto Pups
Pronto Pups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. frankfurters or about 15 wieners, 1/2 c. cornmeal, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add egg and milk and beat until smooth.
Dip franks in batter and fry until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
If batter is too thick add some more milk.
