Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 (3 oz.) raspberry jell-o, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 envelope plain knox gelatin, 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce and 2 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften plain gelatin in a few spoons of pineapple juice (or orange juice).

Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over Jell-O and softened gelatin; stir to dissolve.

Add 1 cup ice water (or 8 ice cubes).

Chill.

Fold in cranberry sauce (mashed up) and crushed pineapple, juice and all.
