Princess Di's Royal Fudge
Princess Di'S Royal Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. water, 2 c. sugar and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Butter an 8-inch square butter, water and sugar in a heavy saucepan with wooden spoon until sugar dissolves.
Add milk.
Turn heat to high and bring to boil.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes or until firm ball is achieved.
From time to time.
Remove from heat. Pour in bowl over larger bowl
With electric beater, beat 10 to 12 minutes until fudge is creamy and holds it shape.
Pour into
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before cutting into squares.
