Primavera
Primavera is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 garlic cloves, minced, 4 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. asparagus, cut in bite-sized pieces and 2 zucchini, thinly sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large skillet, sauté garlic in oil.
Add vegetables and basil and sauté until almost tender.
Add chicken broth and mushrooms.
Bring to a boil, quickly reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix well.
Serve over pasta cooked al dente. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
