Pretzels
Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 4 to 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients except for flour and egg.
Add flour to form stiff dough.
Knead 10 minutes.
Shape; roll into a rope. Place on greased pan.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Put coarse salt (Crazy Jane's) on each pretzel.
