Pretzels
Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. fresh active yeast, 1 c. warm water, 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tsp. coarse salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl put the warm water and yeast and stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, salt and mix flour.
Knead 8 minutes.
Put in a bowl and let it rise until it looks double in its size. Grease cookie sheet, shape them and paint them with egg yolk and sprinkle with salt.
Bake on 475Β° for 10 minutes.
