Mix yeast and water in bowl; add sugar and salt.
Add flour and mix well.
Knead on waxed paper.
Make into shapes.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 450Β° for 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Makes about 36.
