Pretzels
Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 4 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add flour; mix well.
Put dough on wax paper; knead until smooth.
Cut pieces and make into shapes, not too thick, not too thin.
Put on cookie sheet.
Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle them with coarse salt. Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
