Pretzel Torte
Pretzel Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine, softened, 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding and pie filling mix and 2 (3 1/4 oz.) box whipped topping mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crush pretzels by putting them in a plastic bag and pounding with the side of the rolling pin.
Pretzels should be crushed to about the size of coarsely chopped nuts.
Thoroughly cream sugar and butter.
Add pretzels; mix well with hands (mixture will be stiff).
Press mixture over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate until chilled.
