Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1/8 c. sugar, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix cream cheese and sugar well. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
When partially set, add thawed strawberries and pineapple.
Spread over cream cheese.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 to 3 hours.
