Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 3 tsp. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (9 oz.) tub cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add pretzels and sugar; press in bottom of dish.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cool well.
Cream 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese with mixer.
Add Cool Whip and 2 tablespoons milk.
Spread over cool pretzel crust.
Mix gelatin, boiling water and strawberries; let set until beginning to gel.
Pour over cheese mixture and refrigerate.
