Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pretzels, finely crushed, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Press into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 minutes.
Cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
Fold in whipped topping; spread on cooled crust.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in strawberries.
Let mixture stand 10 to 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Pour on top of cheese mixture; chill.
