Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pretzels, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. melted margarine, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crush pretzels.
Add 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 8 minutes at 400Β°.
Mix Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.
Drain juice from peaches; add to Jell-O.
Set aside in refrigerator to thicken.
Beat the cream cheese; add sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
Place drained peaches on top.
Pour thickened Jell-O over peaches.
Place in refrigerator until Jell-O is set.
