Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pretzels, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 (12 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine pretzels and 1/2 cup sugar and butter.
Mix well and press into a long oblong dish.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1/4 cup sugar; spread on first layer.
Combine juice from pineapple and 2 tablespoons flour.
Cook until thickened.
Cool and mix with pineapples and place on top of second layer of salad.
