Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1 c. + 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels, 1 large pkg. cream cheese; softened and 1 8 oz. carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream 3 Tbsp. sugar with butter.
Add crushed pretzels, mix well.
Then press into a 9x14 inch glass pan.
Bake at 250Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool completely. Combine cream cheese and 1 c. sugar until smooth.
Fold in cool whip.
Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
Chill.
Dissolve gelatin in 2 c. boiling water.
Then add 1/2 c. cold water.
Stir in strawberries.
Chill until partly set. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Return to refrigerator and chill until firm.
