Pretzel Salad
Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2-1/2 c. pretzels, chopped, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar, 3/4 c. melted butter, 8-oz. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together pretzels, powdered sugar and melted butter. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Mix together cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, egg and Cool Whip.
Spread on pretzel mixture and chill while you dissolve jell-o in boiling water.
Add raspberries and pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
