Pressed Chicken Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large chicken, cooked, 8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced, 2 c. boiling chicken broth and celery, onion and green olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove chicken from bones. Grind in food processor. Mix all ingredients together. Add more or less broth as needed.
Place in any desired mold or rectangular pan. Layer sliced eggs as you press loaf in mold. Leave a few for the top as garnish. Chill several hours.
