Spread rice on bottom of casserole.
Put chicken on rice, skin side up. Dilute mushroom soup with milk or water and pour over chicken and rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 1/4 hours or until rice is cooked.
