Pound Cake

Milk, margarine and shortening at room temperature.
Cream sugar, shortening and margarine until creamy.
Add one egg at a time, beating well.
Add 1/2 flour and 1/2 milk; beat well.
Add remainder of flour and milk.
Bake in a large tube pan, greased with shortening and flour.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool about 15 minutes before turning onto plate.
