Pound Cake

Hold eggs and butter overnight at room temperature.
With a large bowl, beat eggs first, then add butter (one stick at a time).
Add other ingredients and beat well.
Pour batter into a floured pound cake pan and bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes on top rack at 300Β°.
Take care at end of time and let it cool for 20 minutes.
