Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, 1 stick margarine (room temperature), 2 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. milk and 3 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each.
Add milk and dry ingredients alternately.
Beat well.
Add vanilla and lemon extract.
Blend well.
Bake in a 10-inch tube pan at 325Β° until done, about 1 1/2 hours in my oven.
