Pound Cake

Cream the margarine.
Add sugar and eggs one at a time.
Mix half of the flour, half the milk, salt and baking powder.
Add remainder of milk and flour and then the oil and vanilla.
Beat 1 minute.
Pour in 10-inch tube pan.
Put in cool oven and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
