Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cake or all-purpose flour, 3 c. sugar, 3 sticks butter, 5 eggs and 1/2 t, salt added to flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy, add eggs one at time.
Alternate flour and milk blending well after addition ending with vanilla.
Cook in greased and floured tube pan at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
