Pound Cake

Combine flour, sugar, oil, egg yolks, pineapple cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter.
Fold in pecans.
Pour into a 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until cake tests done. Let cool in pan.
