Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add flour, alternating last 2 cups with ginger ale.
Add vanilla, almond flavoring and lemon juice or flavoring.
Bake approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes at 275Β° or until cake springs back when touched.
Makes 3 small loaves.
