Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. crisco shortening, 6 eggs, 3 c. sugar and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cream margarine, shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat until smooth.
Add flour and milk alternately until mixed well.
Add salt and vanilla and beat well.
Add baking powder and beat well. Pour into greased and floured Bundt cake pan and bake at 300° for 1 hour, then bake at 350° for 15 more minutes.
Do not open door while cake is cooking.
Cool in pan for about 15 minutes before removing.
