Poultry Main Dishes is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. italian-seasoned fine dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 6 whole large chicken breasts, skinned, split lengthwise and boned, 1/2 c. sliced green onion and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chicken breast in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix soup, sour cream and sherry.
Pour over chicken.
Spread mushrooms on top.
Cook, covered, in 325° oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover and cook for 15 minutes at 350°.
Serve with egg noodles.
