Potted Dirt
Potted Dirt is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. butter, softened, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 3 1/2 c. milk and 2 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar in bowl; mix well.
Combine milk and pudding mix in mixer bowl.
Beat well. Fold in whipped topping.
Alternate layers of cookie crumbs, cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture in 8-inch flowerpot, ending with cookie crumbs.
Chill until set.
Garnish with silk flowers just before serving.
Yields 15 servings.
