Potluck Spaghetti
Potluck Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, broken in 1/3 lengths, 1 lb. ground beef or 1/2 turkey and 1/2 beef, 1 (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce (your favorite), 1 small can mushrooms (bits and pieces), cut small and 1 medium onion, cut in small pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
I use small oval roaster for boiling spaghetti.
In boiling water, cook onion and celery until tender.
Add the spaghetti. Cook according to directions or boil a few minutes, stir often, turn off heat and cover.
Steam will continue the cooking.
