Potica Cake
Potica Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water and 3 large eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt margarine and milk.
Let cool.
Mix yeast and warm water. Add yeast to milk.
Add 3 yolks to milk mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and flour.
Mix well.
(If dough seems real sticky, add a little more flour.)
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
