Potatoes with Sour Cream
Potatoes With Sour Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. milk, 1 small onion, chopped and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of a greased shallow baking dish.
Add a little onion and sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers and finish with a layer of potatoes. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
Stir in the milk and pour over potatoes.
Dot with remaining butter.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
Serves 2 or 3.
