Potatoes with Skins
Potatoes With Skins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 3 c. potatoes, sliced, 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. pimento and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 1/2 hour.
Then put on cheese (can add Cheddar cheese also).
Then bake, without foil, for 20 minutes.
Then add peppers, pimento and parsley and heat for a few more minutes.
