Potatoes Rosemary
Potatoes Rosemary is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 med onion, thinly sliced, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind and 1/4 cup bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions and garlic until tender.
Stir in potatoes, seasoned salt, pepper and lemon rind.
Spoon half of mixture in lightly greased 1-1/2 qt.
Baking dish.
Sprinkle half of the cheese.
Repeat with remaining potato mixture and cheese.
Stir together bread crumbs, butter and Rosemary.
Sprinkle over top. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
