Potatoes Romanoff
Potatoes Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 potatoes, 3/4 c. sour cream, 3 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil potatoes in skins just until tender.
Chill in refrigerator.
When chilled, grate potatoes.
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, milk, margarine, 3/4 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper, onion and grated potatoes.
Put in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
