Potatoes Italiano
Potatoes Italiano is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium-size potatoes, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. italian style bread crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Peel potatoes.
Dice into 1/2-inch cubes, about 8 cups.
Melt 1/2 cup of butter.
Cool and pour into plastic bag.
Add potatoes, bread crumbs and onion.
Shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
Line a 14 x 10-inch baking pan with foil.
Pour potatoes in.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until potatoes are soft, about 45 minutes.
