Potato Torte
Potato Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or oleo, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. mashed potatoes (prepared with milk and salt), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt chocolate over hot water and add mashed potatoes.
Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs.
Continue beating, add dry ingredients and milk.
Add chocolate mixture.
Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
